The Washington DC Family History Center is pleased to announce that registration is now open for our annual conference on Saturday, May 6, 2017.
This conference is free of charge. It will be held from 9:00 - 4:15 at the Washington DC Stake Center (home of the WDCFHC), 10000 Stoneybrook Drive, Kensington, MD 20895.
The conference theme is “Records and Repositories,” and classes will focus on record collections that genealogists may sometimes overlook.
The keynote speaker is James Sweaney, Assistant Chief, Humanities and Social Sciences Division, Library of Congress. He will address the topic: Genealogical Treasures at the Library of Congress
